Privacy Policy

Summary

Hone collects the minimum data needed to coach you. Your workouts, meals, weight, and chat history live encrypted on your device first, sync to your private cloud account second. We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers.

Data we collect

• Account: email, name (you provide on signup)
• Profile: age, weight, height, goal, injuries, dietary preferences
• Workouts: exercises completed, weights, reps, duration
• Meals: items logged, photos if you use food vision (processed, then deleted)
• Weight & body measurements (only if you log them)
• Chat history with the AI coach
• App diagnostics (crash logs) — anonymized

What we don't do

• Sell data to advertisers, brokers, or third parties
• Train external AI models on your conversations
• Read your data outside of supporting your account
• Show ads inside the app

Third parties we use

• Supabase — encrypted cloud storage and authentication
• Anthropic — powers the AI coach (queries are stateless, not retained for training)
• RevenueCat — handles subscriptions
• Apple / Google — receive purchase data per store policies

Your rights

Export your data, delete your account, or stop processing anytime in Settings. For GDPR / CCPA requests email privacy@myhone.app. We respond within 30 days.
