Acceptance

By creating an account or using Hone, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

Health disclaimer

Hone is a fitness app, not a medical service. Plans, advice, and AI coaching are general guidance — not a substitute for a doctor, physical therapist, or licensed nutritionist. Consult a professional before starting any program if you have a medical condition, injury, or are pregnant.

Subscriptions

• Hone Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Manage and cancel anytime in the App Store, Play Store, or Hone Settings.
• 7-day free trial; you can cancel anytime during the trial at no charge.
• Lifetime purchase: one-time payment, no recurring billing.
• Refunds follow the policy of the platform you purchased on (Apple / Google).

Your account

Keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. We'll terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

Acceptable use

Don't resell our content, scrape our APIs, or use the app to harm others. Don't feed personal medical info about other people without their consent.

Limitation of liability

Hone is provided “as is.” We're not liable for injuries, missed workouts, broken PRs, or indirect damages from app use. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll notify you in-app or via email when we do. Continued use means you accept the updates.
